About Venn Founder, Tyler Benner

Venn Design was founded by Tyler Benner, internationally competitive Olympic archer and author. With a deep study of the human body, Tyler believes good posture and daily movement help people do life better.

Originally inspired by stability balls, designer Tyler set out to create a balance-oriented upholstered seat. As his posture improved and his body began to change, his mind opened up a whole new movement-centered design aesthetic. Embodying this initial inspiration, a Venn Air Chair, Sitting Cushions, and a sit stand desk are the cornerstone of any healthy home or office.

We set out to make something different, something we'd never seen before. Anytime you make something new, you never know how to make it better until you make the first one.

Our goal: constant improvement, each one better than the last. Today, every Venn has the right mix of durable and stain resistant fabric, temperature balancing felt, supportive foam cushioning, ripstop nylon, robust YKK zippers, and an eco-friendly latex free air cushion. 

We source materials from suppliers who are as close as possible to our Dallas, TX, facility so we don’t waste needlessly on shipping materials across the country. Efficient supply chain logistics and Made In America by skilled craftspeople and sewers means you get top quality and craftsmanship and bolster local economies.
